Day 126: Nuriootpa to Renmark

We only had a short drive this morning and hurrah - it was not raining when we were packing up the vans! It still managed to be overcast most of the day but also no rain.

Our Big 4 caravan park at Renmark on the Murray River is fantastic - our site is 20 metres from the river which is terrific.

There is not a lot to do in Renmark but tomorrow we are going to visit a few places and tomorrow afternoon we go on a two hour cruise on the Murray which we are looking forward to.

If you look at the photos below, you will see a funny looking house boat owned by the 'Chook Bloke'. He plies up and down the river and performs at different locations along the way. Tomorrow night he is going to sing on his boat on the bank of our caravan park.
His boat is called the MS WILLITSINKORWONTIT..........
He is a real character and apparently sings part of his show while a chook is sitting on his head!!!
